      Junior College Planning Timeline: A quick checklist to get you started.

      NHS Post-Secondary College Timeline & Checklist: This checklist is very helpful in assisting you and your family to get ahead of the process and stay there so you can enjoy senior year and not stress about getting things done. There are questions to get you started and helpful tips on how college is very different from high school.

      NHS College & Career Post-Secondary Process: This document has some amazing information to support students and families through the Post-Secondary Process.  There are links and info to everything you need and if there is something you can't find let us know, and we will add it. We got you!

      NHS Student Self-Reflection: This document is for juniors to fill out in order to provide information to assist in writing the counselor statement.  Your student input is valued and appreciated for supporting counselors in writing the most positive letter of recommendation. 

      NHS Parent/Guardian Questionnaire for Counselors Statement: This document is for parents/guardians of a junior student to fill out in order to provide information to support counselors' letters of recommendation.

      Sign up for the 15th Annual  Credit for Life Fair on Thursday, May 22nd from 10:00am-12:30pm at Salem State University. This FREE event will host 1,000+ high school juniors from across the North Shore as you simulate life as a 25-year-old adult. With a "paycheck” you will “spend” on everything you need – transportation, food, housing, lifestyle and so much more. The goal? To balance your budget. The bigger goal? To introduce real-world money management and budgeting skills before you graduate high school.

      This free event is sponsored and organized by the Institution for Savings. Lunch is provided, as well as many fun activities – and the opportunity to be on a great college campus at Salem State.

      UMass Lowell is excited to invite students to their Junior Preview Day. On Saturday, April 27 at 9 a.m., students will be able to learn everything they need to know about the college search process and UMass Lowell.
