Friday, October 4 Day 2
There will be a meeting for the National Art Honor Society on Monday, October 7th after school in room 045A. Please bring membership forms and membership dues with you!
The annual Halloween Haunt will be held tonight from 6-9pm. Walk through the haunted hallway, play games and get some snacks in the cafe, or bring an old costume for the costume exchange. Join us for a spooky good time Friday October 4. Please see Mrs. LeBlanc with any questions.

A quick reminder to Juniors and Seniors. Today we have Worcester Polytechnic Institute at 9am, Sacred Heart University at 10am, and Connecticut College at 11am. The visits will take place in the College and Career Center. Register in Naviance and see Mr. Smith for a pass.

The first Poetry Soup of the school year will take place tonight gathering at 7 pm for a 7:15 pm start in room 118. The event ends at 8:45 and features an open mike for students who want to read followed by a guest performance by National Slam participant, Cole Rodriguez. Everyone is welcome to attend. There is no pressure to do anything but listen and enjoy. It's a very special vibe, so come check it out!

Today’s College visits are with Elizabethtown College at 9am, College of the Holy Cross at 10am, Union College virtually at 11am, University of South Carolina at 12pm, Trinity College Dublin at 1pm, and Binghamton University at 2pm. They will all be visiting here at NHS in-person, and visits will take place in the College and Career Center, Register in Naviance and see Mr. Smith for a pass. For some reason, not all the colleges are showing up in Naviance so no worries, just make sure to get a pass and you will be all set. Sorry for any inconvenience.

A quick reminder to Juniors and Seniors. Today we have our first College Visits of the fall and it is a busy day with Chapman University at 8:15am, Boston University at 9am, Northern Essex Community College at 10am, High Point University at 11am, Providence College at 12pm, and Elon University at 1pm. They will all be visiting here at NHS in-person, and visits will take place in the College and Career Center, Register in Naviance and see Mr. Smith for a pass.
Yearbook will have its first meeting of the year next week today after school in the computer lab room 245 or to reach out to Ms. McNulty if they are interested in being a part of the yearbook and cannot make it.
Auditions for the fall play (a hilarious comedy) are this coming Monday right after school, and Tuesday at 4:30 PM in the Auditorium. All are welcome, no experience necessary. We are also looking for students to work backstage on crew. Detailed information, and the Google Classroom code for the show are posted on the bulletin board outside Room 111 (the Green Room). Email or see Mrs. Phillips with any questions!
Any student interested in working on a daily morning show with Video Production teacher Mr. Groleau should sign up for his Clipper Block this coming Tuesday, September 17th to get more information! He is listed under the Performing Arts department on Enriching Students. You can also email him or stop by his room 016 in the basement!
