Respiratory Illness Guidance for Influenza, RSV, & COVID - March 2024

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has published new guidelines for respiratory illnesses, including flu, RSV, and COVID. This new guidance focuses on staying home when you are sick, preventing the spread of illness, and not returning to work/school/activities until your symptoms have improved, and you are fever free without the aid of medication such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen. Preventative activities such as hand-washing, covering your cough, vaccinations, wearing a mask, and staying home when you are sick continue to be our most valuable tools in preventing the spread of respiratory illnesses.
