Thank you to the PTO for funding a visiting artist and author creativity workshop for our fourth graders. Ron and Amy Schmidt of Loose Leashes shared their creative process by leading the students in an interactive brainstorming and idea-generating session that covered the sparking of ideas, character creation, and storytelling, using different poetry styles as a form of creative writing. The Schmidts presented to fourth graders on May 22nd.
