Public Records Request
Under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M.G.L. c. 66, § 10), members of the public have a right to access public records. We encourage you to submit your request via email, as this is the most efficient way to ensure a timely response.
To request records from the Newburyport Public Schools, please contact the designated Records Access Officer (RAO). Your request should include a clear and specific description of the records you are seeking, along with your full name and contact information.

The school district will respond to your request within 10 business days. Please be aware that a fee may be charged for costs associated with extensive requests, including staff time for searching and redacting records, and for physical copies.
