At the Bresnahan, the NEF's support has helped our Tower Garden thrive for years. Kristin Spinney and Nurse Michelle invited Mrs. Platt's first grade class for a special Learning Day project: harvesting the Tower Garden's basil to make homemade pesto! Students loved picking the fresh basil, preparing the basil with garlic and other ingredients, and bringing it home to proudly share with their families! It was a delicious reminder of the NEF's lasting impact on our schools.
