Our curriculum, assessment and instruction work is guided by our Portrait of a Graduate vision and our Reimagine Strategic Plan. Through creative curricula, dynamic data analysis and innovative instruction, NPS students will graduate with the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to meet their goals.
The NPS curricula is aligned to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Frameworks and reflects the Massachusetts regulations outlined in 603 C.M.R. 26.05(1).
Curriculum, assessment and instruction decisions are made in collaboration with district leaders, school administrators and teacher leaders.
The on-going process of curriculum development includes:
- Alignment and revision of curriculum
- Data analysis
- Collaborative approaches to instructional change
