Emergency Rental Assistance Program
The purpose of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program is to provide short term relief to low and moderate income individuals and families whose incomes have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The City of Newburyport, through its Affordable Housing Trust, will be providing grants to financially assist qualified households during this crisis. The City of Newburyport has partnered with the Pettengill House, Inc. to administer the rental assistance program. Located at 3 Graf Road in Newburyport. Weeklong programs and classes for kids ranging from kindergarten to high school: doll houses, painting, sculpture, 3D printing, fairy houses, castles, carpentry and more.
