We may be small, but there's a lot happening here! I am available half-time as The Kelley School Nurse.  The other half time I am supporting health services in the Newburyport schools as nurse leader.  Health services include, direct care for injury and illness to students and staff.  Other health services include mandated screenings, immunization review and administration, health counseling, administration and evaluation of medications, case management of students with special assistance teams. The health team consults with our school physician and complies with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Guidelines. The nurse leader directs the Essential School Health Services grand from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
